Problem

You paid for the traffic.
The comment section can still lose the sale.

Meta ads send buyers into a public thread. Scams, competitor links, or silence there can erase trust fast.

Product

See how Argus works

Four jobs that protect Meta ad comments without babysitting every thread.

  1. 01

    Auto-hide spam

Spam, scam links, and toxic comments leave the public ad thread when Argus is confident. Real buyer questions stay visible, so the ads you pay for keep looking trustworthy instead of sketchy.

  2. 02

    Auto-reply to buyer questions

Draft grounded replies to real buyer questions using your brand knowledge. Safe Autopilot can send only high-confidence FAQ matches when you allow it, so warm buyers get answers without you babysitting every thread.

  3. 03

    Custom classification

Set your own rules for which comments to hide, draft, reply to, review, or leave alone. Drag categories on the Protection board so Argus matches how your team already works day to day.

  4. 04

    Brand-aligned replies

Replies use your Brand Voice knowledge so they sound like your team, not a generic bot. Shipping, policies, and FAQs stay consistent across Facebook and Instagram ad comments.

FAQ

Straight answers

Which platforms does Argus support?

Argus currently supports Facebook and Instagram ad comments.

Is there a free trial?

Argus does not offer a free trial. Customers choose a plan during setup because the product is designed to deliver value from the first day it is connected.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage billing in Stripe after you subscribe. You keep access through the period you already paid for.

Does Argus delete comments or hide them?

Argus hides comments from public view when protection rules say so. It does not permanently delete comments, so mistakes stay reversible.

Does it cover organic posts too?

Organic-post moderation is not currently supported. Argus is built for Meta ad comments, where paid traffic is at stake.

Will Argus reply without me?

Only when you allow it and the reply is safe and grounded in your brand knowledge. The default path drafts for your approval. Risky comments go to human review.

Do I have to connect Meta during signup?

No. You can skip Meta connect and finish it later. Live protection still needs a connected account before comments can be moderated.

Is this for agencies?

Boutique agencies managing DTC clients can use it. Argus currently uses one workspace per subscription.
